Tamura H.A. Machinery Inc., a global company that develops and supplies technology-driven lead-free soldering equipment solutions demanded by world electronics manufacturing markets, announces that it will display the HC33-32KLF2 local N₂ inclined wave soldering system in booth 5018 at the upcoming Assembly Technology Expo (ATExpo), scheduled to take place September 26-28, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont (Chicago), IL.

HC33-32KLF2 is part of the KLF2 series and is a wave soldering system that works in conjunction with Mr. FLIP Solder Bath for lead-free reflow soldering solutions. With a local N₂ hood, motorized lifter and inside light, the system also has a solder drain heater and casting claws for lead-free.

The system is completely lead-free, with a FLIP-type solder pool and high precision preheat. Additional features include standard gear for spot cooler the system realizes optimum soldering, central control with touch panel, solder dross-less soldering with local N₂ hood and secondary nozzle former remote adjustable mechanism.

With dimensions of 1,320x3,200x1,600mm, the system features a soldering capacity (Sn-Pb) of approximately 360kg and weighs approximately 1,500kg. HC33-32KLF2 can handle a range of boards from 50x120x10.6mm to 330x350x11.6mm, with conveyor speeds of 0.5 to 2m/min and a conveyor incline angle of 4* to approximately 5*.

The KLF2 series offers users numerous standard functions including inlet chain (belt) conveyor, outlet chain (belt) conveyor, pump motor frequency, motorized solder bath filter clamp washer, color operation touch panel that includes a multi-language version (Japanese and English) and more.
